Anxiety is one of the most common mental health conditions in the world. We all experience anxiety symptoms from time-to-time, and it can be incredibly frightening and difficult to manage. We offer training on a variety of anxiety conditions such as, Generalised anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
A general workshop is for anyone who would like to better understand anxiety, how it affects them and how to manage it.
This workshop aims to:
- identify what anxiety is, how it affects us and what causes it;
- illustrate the relationship between thoughts, behaviour and physical symptoms of anxiety;
- help you to learn to challenge unhelpful thoughts and adapt your behaviour in anxiety provoking situations;
- identify strategies and techniques to overcome and manage anxiety.
